Do I need a bike fit if nothing hurts?
You can check and record a comfortable riding position without looking for a problem or changing parts.

You do not need discomfort to start a bike-fit check, and a comfortable position does not automatically need changing. An online fit can help you record your current setup and make future comparisons more useful.
Sign in, then start with your riding details and equipment.
Start with what you want to know
Perhaps you have a new bike, have moved a seatpost for transport or simply want a record of a setup that feels good. Write down that reason before starting. “Keep my current comfortable position” is a useful goal; you do not have to invent a symptom to use Everyday Bike Fit.
Answer the starting questions as they apply to you, including your equipment and normal riding. A short commute, a longer road ride and a seated mountain-bike climb can place you in different positions. Keep the context with your observations.
Preserve a position that works
Record the bike, seat, shoes, pedals and usual hand position. Save a repeatable seat-height measurement and photographs of the existing settings. If you use the video route, keep the original recording on the device that captured it.
You can begin with basic setup checks if you do not have a compatible indoor trainer. Do not try to create a pedalling video on an improvised support. A clear written starting record is more useful than an unsafe or misleading recording.
Treat a number as an observation
A camera estimate or reference range is not a reason on its own to adjust a comfortable bike. First check the capture quality, riding context and whether the observation repeats. Everyday Bike Fit has not established that moving every rider towards a particular angle improves their outcome.
If a change is supported by the guided process, preserve the original setting and follow the component instructions. Make only one reversible change before repeating the comparison. Keeping the current setup is also a valid outcome.
Keep a useful record for later
Add a follow-up note after a familiar ride: the duration, usual hand position and whether the setup still feels comfortable. That gives a future comparison something concrete to refer to.
An online check does not certify that a bike is mechanically safe or predict that symptoms will never develop. Loose parts, damaged components or controls you cannot operate need individual attention before riding.
