Understand confidence, camera limits and when individual help is more useful.

Useful evidence has context
A clear side recording can support repeatable observations of movement in that particular setup. Your reported comfort, bike details, changes and follow-up rides supply context the camera cannot see.
Everyday Bike Fit’s quality checks reject some incomplete samples. Passing them does not prove the pose estimates are accurate for every rider, camera or condition. We have not established a clinical accuracy percentage or an injury-prevention benefit.
Important things remain outside the image
A single camera cannot directly measure contact pressure, internal joint loading, tissue health, true three-dimensional motion or aerodynamic drag. A stationary trainer does not reproduce every demand of climbing, traffic or technical trails.
A frame-size shortlist comes from the selected published chart. It is not a complete body-to-bike geometry optimisation or a guarantee that the bike will be comfortable.
Prepare for a useful individual review
Download your setup summary and relevant before/after videos. Include what changed, what stayed the same, and when the problem occurs. Ask the practitioner which files they want before sending them.
Persistent or worsening symptoms, weakness, numbness or problems away from riding need individual assessment. The app’s safety questions take priority over a fitting suggestion. Our review pack is a handoff you control; it does not book a professional or send your data.
