FREE EARLY-ACCESS TRIAL · ADULT RIDERS

Your everyday bike.
Your honest feedback.

Help make at-home bike checks easier for ordinary riders. Older bikes, budget bikes and people new to cycling are welcome. Try the parts that suit you, then tell us what worked and what got in the way.

The trial is free, with no card or app installation. A ChatGPT account is required to save a fit and submit feedback. You can read these instructions and check device support before signing in.

Opening this from Facebook?

If the camera or sign-in does not work in Facebook’s built-in browser, open this page in your usual browser. The app’s menu may offer “Open in browser”; otherwise copy the link into Safari, Chrome or the browser you normally use.

Will my phone or laptop work?

Check this before setting up the bike. Use your normal browser directly, rather than a browser inside a social app.

If tracking is unavailable, try another device or use frame sizing and basic setup checks. Choosing a video still needs supported tracking graphics.

Choose a small first test

One phone. No trainer.

Try finding your bike, comparing source-backed size ranges, or following the basic setup checks. It is fine not to know the bike’s year.

A missing size chart or an unclear step is useful feedback. Do not guess information just to move forward.

Phone + another screen

If you already have a secure stationary riding setup, try recording on your phone while watching status and controls on a laptop or tablet.

Road, TT and seated MTB flows are available. Without a secure setup, use the basic checks instead.

Tell us where it breaks

Report a task as completed, completed with help, or blocked. You can submit feedback even if you never finish a fit.

You do not need to change your bike or share a recording to take part.

The phone-and-laptop walkthrough

  1. Start on the viewing screen. Sign in, choose your bike and complete the setup questions. Open the movement-assessment step. Basic checks do not need this step.
  2. Choose “Connect devices”. Select “Use this as my live viewing screen”. Scan the QR code with the phone or open the displayed link there. Sign in with the same account on both devices.
  3. Connect the phone as the camera. Choose “Connect this device as the camera”, open its camera and allow camera permission. Enable “Allow my paired screen to start and finish captures” when you are ready.
  4. Check your view before riding. Secure the phone beside the bike and position the other screen where you can see it naturally. Follow the filming checks. Keep both screens awake and the pages open.
  5. Try the countdown and feedback. Use “Start with countdown” on the viewing screen. It shows recording status and movement estimates, not a video stream. Report delayed or disconnected feedback; do not adjust your position to chase a number.
  6. Save the result and the recording. Let the phone finish and save. Download the video on the phone and check that it opens in your device’s files. On the other screen, choose “Open the latest saved result”.

Live captures currently require at least two minutes of steady riding plus the other quality checks. An uploaded clip needs at least 20 seconds, with confirmation of prior steady riding. A rejected clip is useful trial feedback, too.

Before you finish

  • Download any footage you want to keep on the device that recorded it. Account saving does not back up videos.
  • Return to your saved fit and check whether your progress is there. Finish editing on one device before continuing on another.
  • Use the feedback form to record the device, browser and steps you tried. Leave untried steps as “Not tried”.

If you cannot sign in

Tell the person who shared the trial link which device and browser you used, the step that failed and any error message. Avoid sharing account details, health information or private session links in group comments.

What this trial tells us

We are testing whether people can use the site and whether its features work on their devices. Participation does not establish fitting accuracy or a health benefit. Follow the safety prompts and skip anything that does not feel safe. Read our approach and privacy information.
