YOUR RIDING, YOUR STARTING POINT
Mountain bike fitting
Record seated pedalling while keeping standing control, suspension and your actual terrain in the picture.
What to record
- Record suspension setup and the dropper position used during capture.
- Check component limits, standing clearance and brake control.
- Review the result on suitable familiar terrain only after the bike is safe to ride.
Keep the result in context
A seated trainer clip cannot establish descending confidence, technical handling or the best suspension setup.
Without a trainer, choose the basic route. Uncertain checks can stay uncertain, and the next step may be an individual assessment rather than an adjustment.
