YOUR RIDING, YOUR STARTING POINT
Road and gravel bike fitting
Build a repeatable record of your normal riding position, whether you ride for transport, exercise or a long weekend outing.
What to record
- Choose the hand position you actually use: tops, hoods or drops.
- Check brake access, seat support and the bike’s adjustment limits.
- Use consistent camera placement and riding effort for each comparison.
Keep the result in context
A joint angle alone does not determine seat height or handlebar reach. Gravel terrain and fatigue still need real ride follow-up.
Without a trainer, choose the basic route. Uncertain checks can stay uncertain, and the next step may be an individual assessment rather than an adjustment.
